SEO Butter is a marketplace platform that connects site owners with verified SEO professionals. We provide keyword tracking, performance metrics, professional rankings, and collaboration tools.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are processed through PayPal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. SEO professional service fees are separate from platform subscription fees.

SEO Professional Obligations

SEO professionals on the platform must accurately represent their capabilities and experience. Performance metrics (SEO Butter Score) are calculated from verified data and cannot be manipulated. Violations may result in account suspension.

API Usage

Access to the SEO Butter API is subject to rate limits and usage tiers. API keys must be kept confidential. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or termination of access.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on SEO Butter is owned by SEO Butter or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own data but grant SEO Butter a license to use it for platform operations.

Limitation of Liability

SEO Butter provides tools and connections but does not guarantee specific SEO results. We are not liable for the performance of third-party SEO professionals engaged through the platform.
